Mbali Nomcebo Vilakazi is a 27 year old mother of one, who has dreams to one day open her own NGO.

Mbali has a passion for helping and empowering people, especially young women. She comes from a family with strong roots in medicine, “we love working with people, it’s in our blood” .She would describe herself as an open hearted person and is forever smiling. She says “I make sure I leave a mark when interacting with a person so they remember me in a good way”. Mbali believes that dreams are there for a reason and with determination they will become reality. Her dream is to own a NGO or work closely with Doctors Without Borders. She believes her purpose will be to positively impact on the lives of many African women and children. She likes to take risks, try out new things and loves adding value to people’s lives. “Women are my first priority”, she says and “I do anything and everything to be in the forefront of helping or fighting for Women’s issues”.

Fun fact about Mbali: I’m the best when it comes to cooking. My aspiration in life would be…. TO BE HAPPY!
